Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately. The typical processing times are as follows:

  • Personalized or Customized Orders: 3-5 business days

  • Peak Season Orders: During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • You may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for resending the package.

  • If your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in your provided information, we may not be able to recover the package.
